Riala Hembygdsförening was formed in 1934, when the old farm building at Snåret and some land were acquired. The building was thus saved from demolition and a piece of cultural history has been preserved for posterity. As a visitor to Snåret, you have the opportunity to see a couple’s cottage that has been preserved in its original condition since the 18th century and was inhabited at the beginning of the 20th century.
